Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or business operations. Your background includes working with executive stakeholders and developing business strategies, as well as managing cross-functional initiatives. You possess experience in managing digital advertising, specifically with Google Ads and campaign building, and are familiar with quality assurance processes, including conducting audits and facilitating calibration sessions. Your analytical abilities allow you to diagnose performance issues and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You have a strong understanding of vendor management and influencing third-party companies, along with knowledge of selling best practices and techniques.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain partner relationships with vendor sales management, ensuring clear communication of expectations while providing support and best practices. You will provide critical feedback to support vendor operations improvement initiatives led by central Google teams. Your responsibilities will include identifying escalation paths to troubleshoot tool and system issues, as well as managing business activities and metrics to drive continuous improvement. You will leverage your relationship-building skills to provide Google-caliber client service, conducting research and market analysis to anticipate business needs and help clients grow their advertising strategies.
