What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana, you will be the go-to expert for customers, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of Grafana's observability solutions. You will conduct product demos, provide hands-on enablement, and engage in technical evaluations to ensure customers are satisfied and successful with their use of Grafana.
You will partner closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs effectively. Your role will involve ongoing interaction with customers, helping them navigate challenges and ensuring they derive maximum value from Grafana's offerings.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Grafana's solutions by providing feedback from customers to the product team. Your insights will help shape the future of Grafana's tools, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the observability landscape.
