Job Description
Who you are
You have a background in customer success or customer operations, ideally with experience in onboarding and supporting customers in a tech environment. You are resourceful and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with customers and understand their needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
You are passionate about technology and have a strong understanding of customer communication platforms. You are adept at using data to drive decisions and improve customer experiences. Your proactive approach ensures that customers are not only onboarded successfully but also continue to find value in the product over time.
What you'll do
As a Scale Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding long-tail and SMB/Core customers, ensuring they adopt Aircall's platform quickly and effectively. You will conduct webinars and provide proactive outreach to help customers understand the product's features and benefits. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Account Managers to provide quick-turn consulting and support for an assigned pool of customers.
You will monitor customer health and engagement, using telemetry data to identify opportunities for improvement and intervention. Your goal is to ensure that customers are satisfied and achieving their desired outcomes with Aircall's solutions. You will also contribute to the development of best practices for customer onboarding and success, sharing insights with the broader team to enhance overall customer experience.
