Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or customer support, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of onboarding and customer engagement, and you thrive in a role that requires you to be resourceful and proactive in addressing customer needs. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to customers. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, ensuring each customer receives the attention they need to succeed. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are driven by the impact your work has on their success.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered platforms or customer communications tools is a plus. Familiarity with webinar-led onboarding processes and customer engagement strategies will help you excel in this role. A background in sales or account management can also be beneficial, as it will enhance your ability to collaborate with Account Managers and drive customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Scale Customer Engineer at Aircall, you will be responsible for ensuring that our long-tail and SMB/Core customers onboard successfully and adopt our product quickly. You will engage with customers through proactive outreach, webinars, and quick-turn consulting to help them maximize their use of our platform. Your role will involve monitoring customer health and identifying opportunities for further engagement to drive product usage and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to provide insights and support for your assigned pool of customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our product. You will also contribute to the development of onboarding materials and resources that enhance the customer experience and facilitate smoother transitions for new users.
