Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or customer support, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of onboarding and customer engagement, and you thrive in a role where you can make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and retention. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to clearly articulate solutions and engage effectively with customers. You are resourceful and proactive, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and drive product adoption. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered platforms or customer communication tools would be a plus. Familiarity with webinar-led onboarding and proactive customer engagement strategies is also desirable. You have a knack for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for the team.
What you'll do
As a Scale Customer Engineer at Aircall, you will be responsible for ensuring that our long-tail and SMB/Core customers onboard successfully and adopt the product quickly. You will engage with customers through proactive outreach and provide quick-turn consulting for Account Managers on an assigned pool of customers. Your role will involve leading webinars to onboard new customers and utilizing telemetry data to identify opportunities for engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and improvements. Your goal is to help customers achieve their desired outcomes with Aircall's platform, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
