You have a strong background in customer success or customer operations, ideally within a tech environment. You thrive in customer-facing roles and are adept at onboarding and supporting clients to ensure they derive maximum value from the product. Your resourcefulness and clear communication skills enable you to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers, ensuring their needs are met and their issues resolved promptly.
You understand the importance of customer engagement and are passionate about helping clients succeed. You have experience in managing customer relationships and are skilled at identifying opportunities for product adoption and growth. Your proactive approach allows you to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience with the platform.
What you'll do
As a Scale Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding Aircallβs long-tail and SMB/Core customers, ensuring they adopt the product quickly and effectively. You will lead webinar-led onboarding sessions and engage in proactive telemetry outreach to monitor customer health. Your role will involve consulting with Account Managers to provide quick-turn support for an assigned pool of customers, helping them navigate the platform and resolve any challenges they encounter.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience and drive customer satisfaction. Your insights will contribute to improving the product and the overall customer journey. You will also be involved in gathering feedback from customers to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that Aircall continues to meet the evolving needs of its users.
