Aircall is hiring a Solutions Engineer for the LATAM market to join their Revenue team in Mexico City. You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Relations, and Product, providing technical knowledge to achieve team objectives.

What you'll do
As the #1 Solutions Engineer in LATAM, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Revenue team. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Relations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Your technical expertise will enable you to assist in product demonstrations and address any technical questions from potential clients. You will also work with the Product team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements. Your role will involve training and enabling other teams with the technical knowledge they need to succeed. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
