What you'll do
As the Market Leader for LATAM, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction for Aircall in the region — your role will involve setting ambitious growth targets and developing actionable plans to achieve them. You will lead a talented team, ensuring they are equipped with the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft campaigns that resonate with the LATAM audience, leveraging your understanding of local market dynamics to drive user acquisition and retention.
