What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Aircall, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI-powered customer communications platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that improve user engagement and satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will be responsible for building resilient backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, hosted on AWS. Your work will involve integrating our platform with various business-critical tools, such as CRM and Helpdesk systems, to provide a seamless experience for our users. You will also contribute to the architecture and design of our systems, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver impactful features. You will participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to continuously improve our processes and outcomes.
