What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Programmable Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the voice and messaging infrastructure of Aircall's products. You will work closely with other engineering teams to ensure that the technology meets the needs of our users and operates at the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve designing and implementing new features, optimizing existing systems, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, helping to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's development processes.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge with the team. You will be encouraged to explore new technologies and approaches that can enhance our products and improve our workflows.
