Overview

Aircall is hiring a Scale Customer Engineer for the APAC market to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption for customers. You'll engage proactively with clients to drive revenue and improve service delivery.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or customer operations, ideally with experience in onboarding and supporting clients in a high-volume environment. You are resourceful and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with customers and internal teams alike. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions is key to your success in this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by the desire to help customers achieve their goals.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered platforms or customer communications tools is a plus. Familiarity with webinar-led onboarding processes and proactive customer engagement strategies will set you apart. You are comfortable working with data to track customer health and engagement metrics, allowing you to identify opportunities for improvement.

What you'll do

As a Scale Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that Aircall's long-tail and SMB/Core customers onboard successfully and adopt the product quickly. You will lead webinar sessions to onboard new clients, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Your role will involve proactive outreach to customers, utilizing telemetry data to identify engagement opportunities and address any challenges they may face. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to provide quick-turn consulting and support for an assigned pool of customers, ensuring they remain healthy and satisfied with the product.
