What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with Aircall's Forward Deployed Engineering team to implement AI-driven solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. You will engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and translate those into technical requirements that can be addressed by the engineering team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers to refine the platform and ensure it meets customer needs, as well as providing insights that drive product enhancements. You will also play a key role in accelerating the adoption of Aircall's innovative technologies, ensuring that customers can leverage the full potential of the platform to improve their operations.
