What you'll do

In this role, you will connect Aircall's innovative AI Agents technology to real-world small and medium-sized business challenges. You will work directly with Product and Engineering teams to refine the platform and ensure that it meets customer needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, developing scalable solutions, and collaborating with various teams to drive product adoption. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the platform, ensuring that Aircall remains at the forefront of customer communications technology.
