Aircall is hiring a Principal Strategic Ecosystem Manager to drive collaboration with strategic technology partners across EMEA and APAC. You have extensive experience in managing strategic partnerships and ecosystems, ideally within the technology sector. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across teams is second nature to you. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and initiatives. Your data-driven approach helps you make informed decisions that align with broader business objectives. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and drive consensus.

What you'll do

As the Principal Strategic Ecosystem Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Aircall's partnerships with key technology providers. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance collaboration between GTM, Product, and Operations teams, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
