Who you are
You have a strong background in commercial law with a focus on negotiating customer and vendor agreements. Your experience includes working with revenue-generating contracts and data privacy agreements, particularly in the context of North America. You are detail-oriented and understand the complexities of commercial negotiations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with teams in Revenue, Finance, Security, and IT. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is one of your key strengths, allowing you to navigate complex discussions with ease. You are committed to fairness and transparency in all your dealings, aligning with the principles of Fair Chance laws where applicable.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating commercial agreements that drive revenue growth for Airship. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all agreements align with the company's strategic goals and comply with legal requirements. Your role will involve drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, as well as providing legal advice on various commercial matters.
