airSlate is seeking a VP/Director of Product Management to drive product-led growth and scale the product organization. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact. This role requires extensive experience in product management.

You have a strong background in product management, with a focus on driving product-led growth through experimentation and lifecycle engagement. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize activation, retention, expansion, and monetization strategies. You are passionate about customer retention and long-term value creation, and you thrive in fast-moving environments where innovation is key.
You possess excellent leadership skills and have a proven track record of scaling product organizations. Your ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams enables you to deliver measurable business impact. You understand the nuances of SaaS technology and are eager to shape products that meet the needs of diverse customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product management team at airSlate, driving the vision and strategy for our suite of no-code workflow automation and document management solutions.
