Job Description

Who you are

You have significant experience in product management, ideally with a focus on technical products — you've successfully guided product strategy and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders is key to your success in this role.

You are innovative and influential, capable of driving product vision and strategy — you understand the importance of user feedback and data-driven decision-making in shaping product development. Your experience in managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features will help you excel in this position.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams — your background in tech or education sectors gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in upskilling and workforce development. You are passionate about empowering others through technology and education.

Desirable

Experience in EdTech or similar industries would be a plus — familiarity with AI and tech adoption trends will help you navigate the landscape effectively. You are comfortable with agile methodologies and have a track record of successful product launches.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Multiverse, you will lead the strategy for foundational technical products that support the broader organization — your role will involve defining product vision, gathering requirements, and prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure that product development aligns with the overall strategy.

You will be responsible for conducting user research and analyzing data to inform product decisions — your insights will help shape the direction of the product and ensure it meets the needs of learners and employers alike. You will also work on defining success metrics and tracking product performance to drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will facilitate communication between various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on product goals and timelines — your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can flourish and innovation can thrive. You will also mentor junior product managers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their careers.
