You have extensive experience in regulatory compliance, particularly within the financial services sector, and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in Asia. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex compliance challenges and implement effective strategies that align with business objectives. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating compliance requirements to diverse stakeholders and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
You possess a proactive mindset and are driven by a commitment to excellence. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Your collaborative approach enables you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that compliance considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.
What you'll do
As the Director of Regulatory Compliance, you will lead the development and implementation of compliance programs across Asia, ensuring that Airwallex adheres to all relevant regulations and standards. You will conduct regular compliance assessments and audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Your role will involve staying abreast of regulatory changes and trends, advising senior management on potential impacts, and developing strategies to mitigate compliance risks.
