What you'll do

As the Director of Compliance at Hiive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive investment adviser compliance program, which includes registering Hiive’s adviser with the SEC. You will enhance and oversee the funds’ due diligence process, ensuring that all aspects of the funds business are compliant with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and other team members to support the successful growth and execution of our funds business. You will review documentation related to fund structuring and agreements, ensuring that all compliance aspects are addressed. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to the sales and trading team, helping them understand compliance requirements and best practices. You will also play a key role in fostering an inclusive workplace culture, contributing to team-building events and initiatives that promote collaboration and growth.
