Airwallex is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support enterprise clients in leveraging their unified payments and financial platform. You have a strong background in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments β€” your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering β€” you thrive in environments where you can turn client feedback into product improvements and drive customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

You are data-driven and use metrics to guide your decision-making β€” your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and retention. You are comfortable using technology and tools to enhance customer interactions and streamline processes.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Airwallex, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting enterprise clients, ensuring they fully utilize our platform to meet their financial needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns while fostering strong relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and drive product enhancements based on feedback β€” your insights will be crucial in shaping the future of our offerings.
