Who you are
You have a proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships, ideally within the financial technology sector. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of partnership dynamics and can navigate complex negotiations with ease. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess partnership opportunities critically, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are motivated by results and have a strong sense of ownership over your projects, driving them to successful completion.
Desirable
Experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with global markets. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can leverage insights to optimize partnership strategies. A background in sales or business development will enhance your ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
What you'll do
