You thrive in cross-functional environments and have a knack for building relationships that drive growth. Your ability to structure agreements and ensure ongoing success with partners is complemented by your strategic mindset and analytical skills. You are passionate about enhancing product capabilities through integrations and co-marketing initiatives.
What you'll do
As the Head of Partnerships, you will define and execute Descript's partnerships roadmap, focusing on distribution, integrations, and bundling opportunities. You will identify long-range strategic opportunities with emerging players in AI and generative media, while owning executive-level relationships with strategic partners. Your role will involve expanding Descript's reach through integration-driven distribution and leading go-to-market motions to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR).
You will build scalable frameworks for identifying, evaluating, and closing new ARR-generating partners, while driving joint campaigns and partner-led events to create visibility and awareness for Descript's offerings. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the partnerships strategy and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
