What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales efforts for Airwallex's SME & Growth segment, developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed. You will collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients, leveraging your insights to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Your role will also involve regular reporting on sales metrics and performance, providing insights to senior leadership on progress and areas for enhancement.
