What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for the Product & Design teams at Airwallex — you will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans that align with the company's goals.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offer negotiations — your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
