Aiwyn is hiring a Manager, Strategic Accounts to manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients. You'll drive new revenue through strategic selling and a deep understanding of client needs. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative approach in complex deal environments.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the SaaS industry — you've successfully managed relationships with enterprise clients and understand the nuances of multi-solution selling. Your consultative approach allows you to engage thoughtfully with clients, ensuring their business priorities are met while driving revenue growth.

You excel in complex deal environments and are passionate about helping clients adopt innovative solutions — your ability to navigate intricate client needs and align them with Aiwyn's offerings sets you apart. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Aiwyn’s key enterprise and large mid-market clients — your role will involve driving new revenue through thoughtful engagement and understanding client business priorities. You will leverage your expertise to expand existing relationships and ensure clients are fully utilizing Aiwyn’s solutions, including Payments, Practice Management, Experience, and Tax.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored strategies that meet client needs and drive satisfaction — your insights will help shape the direction of Aiwyn’s offerings as you gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. You will also be tasked with developing and executing account plans that align with both client objectives and Aiwyn’s business goals.
