You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within a software sales organization, and you understand the nuances of selling to large Enterprise clients. Your leadership experience includes recruiting, hiring, and developing diverse teams, ensuring that each member reaches their full potential through mentorship and coaching. You are driven and curious, with a passion for helping customers find value in the solutions you provide. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with both your team and clients, facilitating successful negotiations and deal closures.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing priorities effectively. Your strategic mindset allows you to shape long-term sales strategies while also overseeing day-to-day operations. You are committed to driving revenue growth and removing barriers that may hinder your team's success. Your ability to foster a collaborative team culture is essential, as you encourage open communication and support among your Account Executives.

Desirable

Experience in a no-code or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies that emphasize customer success and relationship building. A background in technology sales will help you understand the product and its value proposition better, allowing you to coach your team effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will directly manage a team of Account Executives focused on Strategic Accounts, ensuring that they meet and exceed their sales targets. You will play a key role in generating revenue by supporting your team in closing complex deals and navigating the sales process. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and training new talent, as well as providing ongoing coaching to help your team develop their skills and achieve their goals.

You will also be responsible for shaping the long-term strategy of the sales organization, aligning your team's efforts with the company's overall objectives. This includes analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. You will work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that your team has the resources and support they need to succeed.

Your role will involve regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions with your team members, helping them to identify areas for improvement and celebrate their successes. You will also be expected to represent Airtable at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value of our platform to potential clients.
