You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing strategic accounts and driving customer success. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to derive insights from data to inform your strategies. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

You understand the importance of customer engagement and retention, and you are skilled at identifying opportunities for account expansion. Your communication skills enable you to effectively convey value to clients and align their needs with your company's offerings. You are proactive in addressing challenges and are committed to ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Manager at 15Five, you will own the long-term commercial success of a defined portfolio of customers, representing approximately $5M+ in annual recurring revenue. You will be accountable for renewal performance and expansion growth, working closely with Professional Services Managers, Customer Experience Managers, and other internal teams to drive customer outcomes. Your role will involve developing executive-level partnerships and ensuring that customers realize sustained value from their investments in 15Five.

You will align customer priorities with coordinated internal execution, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to enhance customer satisfaction. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will help customers achieve measurable business outcomes that lead to durable partnerships and consistent renewals. Your focus will be on fostering long-term relationships that encourage expanded investment in 15Five's solutions.
