Aizon is seeking a Customer Support Tier 1 representative to assist clients in the APAC region. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed. This role requires a strong customer service background and technical aptitude.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong customer service background and are dedicated to continuous learning. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to make a positive impact on the life science industry. Your technical aptitude allows you to understand and address customer inquiries effectively. You are adaptable and can work during the specified shift from 11 PM to 8 AM, following a rotating schedule. You are eager to contribute to the success of Aizon and help improve global health through optimized manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the APAC region, addressing their inquiries and providing support for Aizon's software-as-a-service solutions. You will assist customers in navigating our platform and help them understand how to leverage our advanced analytics and AI capabilities to improve their manufacturing operations. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services. As you gain experience, you will escalate more complex issues to higher-tier support teams, ensuring that customer concerns are resolved promptly and effectively. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
