You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the tech or blockchain industry, and possess strong negotiation skills that enable you to close deals effectively. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive results. You are passionate about the blockchain space and understand the challenges and opportunities it presents for developers and companies alike.
You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders. You are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company that is at the forefront of the web3 movement.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Alchemy, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. You will engage with developers and companies to understand their needs and demonstrate how Alchemy's platform can accelerate their product development. Your role will involve negotiating and closing contracts, ensuring client retention, and identifying opportunities for upsells and renewals. You will collaborate closely with leadership and other teams to align sales strategies with company goals and drive growth.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy of the sales team, providing insights based on your interactions with clients and market trends. Your efforts will directly impact the growth of Alchemy as you help push the blockchain industry forward by enabling more developers to build exceptional onchain products.
