What you'll do
As a Customer Product Engineer at Alchemy, you will be the first point of contact for developers building on our platform. You will engage with the developer community through channels like Discord and Telegram, helping them debug code and navigate our APIs. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform, as you will capture feedback and relay it to the Product and Engineering teams.
You will work closely with developers to troubleshoot RPC issues and provide guidance on best practices for building onchain applications. Your role will involve not only technical support but also community engagement, ensuring that the developer voice is represented in product discussions. You will have the opportunity to influence product development based on the needs and feedback of our users.
