What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager of Platform, you will lead a team responsible for developing and maintaining one of the most sophisticated distributed systems in the blockchain industry. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability and performance of the platform, which is critical for our users and the broader web3 ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineering leaders to shape the backend platform strategy — your insights will drive decisions that impact the direction of our technology and the success of our products. You will also be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.

In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of platform infrastructure that supports low latency and high reliability — your work will enable developers to build onchain applications with confidence. You will also be involved in performance tuning and optimization efforts, ensuring that our systems can handle the demands of a growing user base.
