What you'll do
As a Backend Engineer at Alchemy, you will design, build, and maintain the backend infrastructure that supports our product offerings. You will work on creating powerful APIs and services that enable developers to build exceptional onchain products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the technical vision and guide the execution of projects that impact millions of users.
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems, contributing to the architecture and design of distributed systems that can handle billions of requests. You will also participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within the team. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our platform and the satisfaction of our customers.
What we offer
At Alchemy, we offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $250,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including 401k and unlimited flexible time off.
