Overview
Alchemy is seeking a Product Lead for their Chain Services team to drive the development of tools for blockchain developers. You'll work with Ethereum and Web3.js to enhance onchain products. This role requires significant experience in product management and blockchain technology.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in blockchain technology and web3 applications. Your ability to lead teams and drive product vision is complemented by your understanding of the developer ecosystem and the tools they need to succeed. You are passionate about bringing innovative solutions to market and have a track record of delivering impactful products. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, particularly Ethereum and its ecosystem. Your experience includes working with APIs and SDKs, and you are familiar with the challenges developers face when building onchain applications. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver the most value to users.
What you'll do
As the Product Lead for Chain Services, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for tools that help blockchain developers create and customize their own blockchains. You will lead a team focused on enhancing the Rollups product, ensuring it meets the needs of developers and drives significant economic value. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that resonate with users.
You will conduct user research to understand the pain points of blockchain developers and translate those insights into actionable product features. You will also define success metrics and track the performance of your products, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team.
What we offer
Alchemy provides a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $350,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k and unlimited flexible time off.
