Alembic is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through enterprise sales. You'll engage with Fortune 500 companies to promote Alembic's data, cloud, and AI solutions. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in consultative selling.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly with Fortune 500 companies, and possess the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Your experience includes identifying and closing strategic opportunities, and you excel at maintaining a robust pipeline with exceptional forecasting accuracy. You are comfortable communicating complex value propositions to C-level and board-level decision-makers, ensuring that you can effectively articulate the benefits of innovative solutions. You thrive in environments that require consultative selling and enjoy mentoring junior account executives to help them grow in their roles.
You are adaptable and enjoy dynamic opportunities that allow you to refine and define go-to-market strategies. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering is a key strength, as you understand the importance of collaboration in closing multi-million dollar deals. You are motivated by ambitious revenue targets and have a strategic mindset that allows you to plan effectively for long-term success.
Desirable
Experience with breakthrough technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the marketing technology landscape. You may also have a background in data, cloud, or AI solutions, which would enhance your ability to connect with potential clients and understand their needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding ambitious new business revenue targets with Fortune 500 companies. You will maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring exceptional forecasting accuracy and strategic account planning. Your role will involve effectively communicating complex value propositions to C-level and board-level decision-makers, navigating the most complex sales cycles and procurement processes to close multi-million dollar deals efficiently. You will lead cross-functional deal teams, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
You will also contribute to the evolution of our sales methodology and go-to-market strategy, helping to define best practices and refine processes that drive success. As a senior member of the sales team, you will mentor junior account executives, sharing your expertise and insights to help them develop their skills and achieve their targets. Your ability to adapt to market feedback and leverage your strengths will be crucial in identifying dynamic opportunities that align with Alembic's growth objectives.
