Job Description
Who you are
You have over 7 years of enterprise sales experience, leading end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation. You ensure a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation, demonstrating your ability to manage complex processes effectively. Your proven track record includes closing high-value deals exceeding $200K, often over extended sales cycles of 6 to 12 months. You possess deep experience with multi-threaded sales strategies, developing relationships across various departments and leadership levels. Your strong executive presence is complemented by exceptional communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Instawork, you will be responsible for acquiring key enterprise accounts and forming strategic channel partnerships. You will work closely with enterprise businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their workforce requirements.
