What you'll do

As a Global Recruiter at Aleph, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition efforts. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a talent pipeline, ensuring that we have access to the best candidates for current and future roles. You will leverage your expertise to enhance our employer brand and promote Aleph as an employer of choice in the digital advertising space.

In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to implement innovative recruitment initiatives and improve our overall hiring processes. You will analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions that enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
