Your knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools helps you drive data-informed hiring strategies. You are comfortable using scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools like GoodTime, Slack, and G Suite to enhance the recruiting process. You thrive in a learning-oriented environment and are eager to adopt new recruiting technologies to optimize workflows for scale.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for Stripe's corporate functions across the Americas. You will shape hiring strategies that align with the company's mission and values, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. You will also analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions.
