Who you are

You have a strong background in recruiting, ideally with experience in corporate functions. You excel in a consultative role, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to the hiring process. Your ability to leverage data-driven insights allows you to influence hiring strategies effectively. You are familiar with various sourcing and CRM tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem, and you understand the importance of building and managing talent pipelines. Your knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools helps you drive data-informed hiring strategies. You are comfortable using scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools like GoodTime, Slack, and G Suite to enhance the recruiting process. You thrive in a learning-oriented environment and are eager to adopt new recruiting technologies to optimize workflows for scale.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for Stripe's corporate functions across the Americas. You will shape hiring strategies that align with the company's mission and values, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. You will also analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with the recruiting team to build a strong culture at Stripe, focusing on aligning top talent with the company's highest impact business needs.
