Who you are

You have a strong background in recruiting, ideally with experience in Go-to-Market roles. You thrive in a consultative environment and are adept at building relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Your ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies sets you apart. You are familiar with various recruiting tools and technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and G Suite, and you can quickly adapt to new systems as needed. You understand the importance of providing a high-quality candidate experience and are committed to aligning talent with business needs.

Desirable

Experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, or operations roles is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and recruiting analytics will help you excel in this position. You are a builder at heart, eager to contribute to a growing team and help shape the culture at Stripe.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for the Go-to-Market team at Stripe. This includes developing and executing hiring strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience from start to finish. Your consultative approach will help you partner effectively with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You will leverage tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter to build and manage talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

You will also utilize recruiting analytics and reporting tools to drive data-informed hiring strategies, helping to optimize the recruiting process. Your familiarity with scheduling and collaboration tools like GoodTime and Slack will facilitate smooth communication within the team. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting, continuously seeking ways to improve the candidate experience and streamline workflows.
