You have a strong technical background and a passion for helping customers succeed β€” your experience in customer success or technical support has equipped you with the skills to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions. You are fluent in German and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams β€” your curiosity drives you to learn about new technologies and apply them to enhance customer experiences. You have a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern development patterns, which enables you to design scalable solutions tailored to customer needs.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer at Algolia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers successfully adopt and implement our search and discovery platform. You will partner closely with clients to deliver high-quality technical onboarding, providing best-practice guidance and hands-on implementation support. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions that meet customer requirements and ensuring smooth delivery through clear communication and rigorous documentation.

You will act as a technical owner for assigned accounts, championing technical excellence and helping teams design performant, scalable solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with various customer architectures and use cases, allowing you to leverage your technical expertise to solve complex challenges. You will also support our Professional and Expert Foundation offerings, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
