You have experience in technical onboarding and solution design, and you thrive on solving complex problems. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to align with stakeholders and document processes effectively. You are fluent in German and have a knack for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with customers to deliver high-quality technical onboarding and implementation support for Algolia's search and discovery platform. You will guide customers through the adoption process, helping them design scalable and performant solutions tailored to their specific needs.
