What you'll do

As the Regional Lead for Cashflow Finance, you will play a pivotal role in the development and launch of our new cashflow finance product. Initially, you will focus on product development, collaborating with various teams to ensure that the offering meets market needs. Once the product is launched, you will be responsible for the origination and structuring of lending facilities, ensuring they align with Allica's lending requirements. You will manage a portfolio of cashflow clients, delivering exceptional service and maintaining ongoing risk management. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored financial solutions. You will also contribute to the strategic direction of the cashflow finance product, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
