What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Alloy, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the core logic of Alloy’s decisioning platform. You will oversee the development of tools that empower customers to build their policies using our flexible decisioning engine. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for the team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing mentorship to help team members grow in their careers. You will collaborate closely with product management and design teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the team, encouraging team members to share ideas and take ownership of their work.
