What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Posh, you will lead a team of 5-8 engineers dedicated to developing technology that supports real-world community building. You will oversee the delivery and technical quality of one of our core pods, either focusing on Organizer (B2B) or Consumer (social) experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with product and design teams to ensure that the systems you build empower organizers to launch and monetize their communities effectively.

You will be responsible for mentoring your team, conducting regular one-on-ones, and facilitating career development discussions. You will also play a key role in hiring new talent, ensuring that your team is equipped with the skills and expertise needed to succeed. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the technical direction of projects and ensuring that the engineering team meets its goals while aligning with Posh's mission.
