Almabase is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to manage hiring outcomes and enhance candidate experience. You'll work in a B2B SaaS environment, focusing on recruitment across various roles. This position is ideal for those looking to start their career in talent acquisition.

You have a keen interest in people operations and are willing to expand your role during low-volume hiring periods to include initiatives that support the overall success of the people team. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all aspects of the hiring process are executed with precision and care. You are adaptable and ready to embrace the dynamic nature of recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will independently own the hiring outcomes for approximately eight open positions at any given time, managing a mix of low, medium, and high-complexity roles. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent ATS hygiene and data discipline, ensuring that all candidate interactions are tracked and managed effectively. Your goal will be to meet hiring outcomes across key metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, and Candidate NPS.

During periods of lower hiring volume, you will have the opportunity to contribute to People Operations and People Success initiatives, allowing you to broaden your skill set and impact within the organization. By the end of your first 90 days, you should be able to use AI tools naturally as a daily co-pilot in your recruitment efforts, making hiring outcomes predictable and of high quality.
