Overview

Guidepoint is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment efforts in Shanghai. You'll assist with various aspects of the recruitment cycle and work closely with the TA team. This role is ideal for college students interested in talent acquisition.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a current student enrolled in an accredited degree program with a keen interest in Talent Acquisition. You possess demonstrated professional communication skills and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to collaborate effectively with others will be essential as you support the recruitment process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, job postings, sourcing candidates, and diversity recruiting. You will build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Additionally, you will support early career recruitment initiatives, manage outreach programs such as campus fairs, and assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications. You will work closely with the APAC TA Lead on various projects related to talent acquisition and employer branding, gaining valuable experience in the field.
