You are an MBA (HR) student eager to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition operations. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, excited to learn how recruiting functions in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of effective communication and coordination in the hiring process.
You thrive in environments where you can support teams and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You are proactive and willing to take initiative, ensuring that all aspects of the recruiting process run smoothly. You are open to learning and adapting to new challenges as they arise.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruiting coordination process, which includes reviewing candidate resumes and scheduling interviews. You will manage high-volume calendar scheduling for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple time zones. Your organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring that all interviews are scheduled efficiently and that candidates have a positive experience throughout the process.
You will also assist in maintaining communication with candidates, providing them with updates and information about their application status. Your attention to detail will help ensure that all candidate information is accurately recorded and that the recruiting team has the necessary resources to make informed decisions.
