Overview
Almabase is hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant to independently manage hiring outcomes and maintain candidate experience. You'll oversee approximately 8 open positions across various complexities. This role requires strong ownership and accountability in a B2B SaaS environment.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, demonstrating the ability to independently manage hiring outcomes from start to finish. You thrive in environments that value ownership and accountability, and you are comfortable operating at a high recruiter capacity, typically managing around 8 open positions at varying levels of complexity. Your experience allows you to maintain a strong focus on quality and candidate experience, ensuring that every hire aligns with the organization's mission and values.
You are adaptable and can pivot your focus to include People Operations initiatives during periods of lower hiring volume. You understand the importance of maintaining excellent ATS hygiene and data discipline, which contributes to the overall efficiency of the hiring process. You are also familiar with leveraging AI tools to enhance your recruitment strategies, making you a forward-thinking professional in the talent acquisition space.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the entire hiring process, ensuring that you meet key metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, and Candidate NPS. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting top talent. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
You will also be expected to contribute to People Operations initiatives during times of lower hiring volume, helping to enhance the overall employee experience within the organization. By the end of your first 90 days, you should be using AI tools naturally as a co-pilot in your daily tasks, making hiring outcomes predictable and of high quality. Your ability to think strategically and act decisively will be key to your success in this role.
