As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek, managing multiple projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier organizations. You are ready to take ownership of your projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and experts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spend a significant part of your day recruiting experts, speaking on the phone with individuals who are uniquely relevant matches for your clients’ projects. You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate. Your responsibilities will include initiating and managing client-expert communications, meticulously scheduling calls, and ensuring that every aspect of your projects runs smoothly. You will be expected to multitask across parallel workstreams, demonstrating your ability to handle a communications-intense frontline role effectively.
