What you'll do

As a Compliance Associate at AlphaSights, you will monitor active projects to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks. You will review and assess complex, non-standard compliance cases, providing guidance to the Client Services Team and senior stakeholders on risk, eligibility, and escalation decisions. Your role will involve applying and interpreting policies in ambiguous or sensitive situations, ensuring that the company adheres to the highest compliance standards.

You will collaborate with your regional and global team on both short-term and long-term projects, anticipating challenges and developing innovative compliance products. Your contributions will help shape the compliance landscape within the company, driving initiatives that support AlphaSights' rapid growth. You will also be responsible for training employees on compliance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
