What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at BitGo, you will be responsible for the administration and operational support of all accounts under administration. You will engage in KYC processes, verifying identities, collecting and reviewing documents, and assessing risks for institutional clients. Your role will involve middle office operations for trade settlements, ensuring the timely and accurate confirmation, matching, and lifecycle management of trades. You will work shifts to provide operational coverage for BitGo Trust Company, contributing to the smooth functioning of the operational backbone of the digital economy. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance operational processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
